Parade Details
The Portland Mardi Gras Parade features marching bands, entertainers, art, and fun costumes. The parade marches down North Mississippi Avenue from N Skidmore to N Fremont, starting at 7:00 PM. The parade is an all ages event.
Because parking is at a premium, here’s a guide on how to get to the parade without a car.
Parade entertainment will include marching bands, jugglers, Samba, colorful light shows, and much more! Parade bands will include:

- Big Foot Brass Band – 10 piece military marching brass band from Olympia, WA
- NW Bones Gang – Northwest Bones Gang is a Mardi Gras Black Indian Gang started by the Original Flagboy
- Beaumont Marching Bobcats – 150 piece middle school band
- The Beat Goes On – Reviving high school and college marching band experiences
- Portland Samba Band – High energy Brazilian percussion ensemble
- River City Riot
- Big Butter Brass Band
- Jesters Brass Marching Band – Leading the Portland Mardi Gras Second Line
- Couch Brass Band (will join Jesters in parade)
